Autumn in the air

Music:Autumn from The Four Seasons. by Antonio Vivaldi

I can feel it in my bones
On my skin
Take it in
Scent, sound
Feel it surround

Lazy summer
What a bummer
Just slipped away

A little darker
Chilly breath
Leaves find death
Dreams find death
In rebirth

Shiver of serious
Mood change
Higher resolution

Puff of white
Smoke, curling

First day of Fall

The crispness of autumn takes the edge off summer's stuffiness so you can concentrate once more. I can't think in the heat-- I don't know about you, but the heat and the humidity stifles my thoughts. I get lazy.
Fall just makes me frisky-- something about that cool air just gets me moving and recharges my brain.

Plus, I love the colors of fall and the coziness-- not too hot or too cold.
It is my favorite time of year.

Beautifully put.

Yet English weather has always been backward...we had a boiling July, cold August and now the weather is getting warmer so I guess autumn/fall isn't on the way for us yet....

My favorite time of year hands down
gives me hope for the future
and the crispness is something i always want to store in a bottle
btw - in london it is so not the same as autumn in NY
I usually make sure to make a trip in the fall -
gives me the energy to stick it out here for the year! lol

Love Vivaldi piece and LOVE autumn. My favorite season. Oh, how I miss it. There is no autumn where I live now. :(

When I close my eyes, I can smell autumns of days past...
