Heppy Tenksgiving
Hey...Mom
If every day is Thanksgiving Day why am I shlepping to work every day?
So I give thanks today..
To all those that have enriched my life and been there for me...
Thank You
All those that walk in this neck of the woods while my trees fall...thanks for ensuring they make a sound...
I hope no one gets hurt..
Thank you for joining me in this magnificent journey of discovering me and you and this enigmatic yet awesome world we live in...
I just wish the Pilgrims had stumbled upon duck instead of turkey...
24 Comments:
i rather they would have stumbled upon chocolate mousse.
and godiva chocolate.
You are welcome my dear for you and I are both made from the same cloth and so I take some credit, karma is karma.
ugh so no turkey? you can't possibly mean it.
towik....
lol...I'd take the next train up to Plymouth to try to locate the spot..
delish...
we are?
oy..may the lord have mercy on your soul...lol
sara...
well...If I'd like Turkey I'd eat it..
Its too dry..I'll taken chicken any day...or duck..yum
your very welcome ;)...happy turkey day!
Duck is like all bones. I've had it once, and it was a yom tov last year and I hated it. yuckkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk
But then we would say "Quack" instead of "Gobble Gobble"
How quaint would that be?
Hope you are enjoying your Thanks giving day.
Female turkeys don't say gobble gobble. Only the males. Weird huh? Females click and males gobble. Just like humans.
Beautiful. A guy with such an attitude deserves a good 'shtikle fleish'. Regardless of brand.
and thank YOU...
I go for either... they're both great (turkey's not dry when baked just right, and with cranberrey sauce.. yum.!
Happy Turkey (or Duck) Day!!
funny, but I still think turky tastes better:)
At least duck would fit in my stupid british oven!!!!
Have a great Shabbos!
Open..

I do like shawarma...does that count?
kas...
lol..ok..I'm assuming Brits have small ovens..
Good Shabbos to you...
hey, just stopped by..
youre welcoming shabbos quite early. anyway, so did you have some duck for thanksgiving eve?
Only when we're running around in heels.
stranger...
no..I had Lasagna..lol
what about you..
I have this feeling that if the Pilgrims had stumbled upon Lasagna they'd have been just as thankful...
sara...
lol..that was coooorny...
gobble gobble
Well I am happy not to have duck. Duck-- at least my dear husband's very expensive, fresh-killed variety-- tend to scare me a bit because I never know if it is going to be the liver-flavored variety or of the fowl variety. Truth be told i am scared to eat when he cooks.
bonnie...
lol...to be honest with u...Its papinfully simple for me..
My mom makes duck as good as anyone...I have no clue where or when she gets it..and it always tastes delicious..
Duck? Hmm.....
I think pilgrims should have bumped into pizza, much better!
Turkey is way better, roasted or in soup.
Besides I love the occasional hubbub that it's not kosher.
jack...
quack..
chaverah...
yup..that would work fine for me
yingerman...
yes...but that controversy...died down 100 years ago...
Moiy...
