4 hours after a CT scan
its very different..
..when you put him to sleep
you suddenly notice..
in the dim fading light
how long and beautiful
his eyelashes are...
how soft his limp hand
is against your lips..
his scent...massages
your very soul..
and you forget..
for a moment
..the agonizing wait
for results...

just to clarify..
my boy is fine bh
I'm the one that had the CT scan done..
but initial results are looking good..
We'll know more on tuesday...

Good News...
The lung nodule that was on my x-ray..simply was not there on the cat scan!
There were some other troublesome spots...but could have easily been caused by pneumonia..which I have apparently..so I'll need another cat scan in 3 months...
But let me tell you something..reading up on this online..made me so thankful that I don't smoke..
Reading page after page about..how "if you're a smoker..the chances of it being cancer are tenfold.." etc...
